Job Description

Hours: morning start time can be set between 7am-9am.

Pay Range: $22.00-$25.00 DOE (once hired converted to perm will receive two discretionary bonuses on individual and company performance one in June and one in December)



Job Description

The individual in this role will provide direct support to customers who are placing orders for new equipment or repairs of existing equipment.

Key roles and responsibilities

First responder for incoming phone calls:

*Respond to customer inquiries about ordering and pricing submitted on the website, emails and voice mail.

*Assist customers with appropriate product selection.

*Assist customers with basic technical support issues or pass on to appropriate tech support staff.

Customer Service For Calibration and Repairs

*Enter customer orders into accounting system and assist with basic customer account issues.

*Receive equipment and create new and pending work orders in the WO Tracking system

*Edit and process work orders and ensure accuracy of data entered.

*Follow up with customers on repair authorization, payment, shipment priorities, and other support questions.

*Import work orders into accounting system and process customer invoices.

*Work with calibration/service staff to ensure timely and accurate product returns.

General Office Administration:

*Assist with Accounts Receivable (AR) tasks including matching checks to invoices, entering payments, and monitoring and follow-up of AR aging.

*Distribute incoming mail and post out-going mail.

*Other administrative tasks as needed.



Job Requirements

We are looking for someone who is curious and willing to learn the basics of our products to support product selection and low-level tech support, is hard working and dependable, and ideally has an office support background. This position includes a lot of computer and paperwork, attention to fine detail, and requires someone who is sufficiently organized to handle a variety of duties and situations.

Specifics

*High School Diploma, 2-year or 4-year degree preferred

*Strong verbal communication skills, good writing skills preferred

*Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft and/or Google sheets and docs.

*Organized and detail oriented

*Willingness to learn the basics of our products
