Manpower is looking for a Full Time Customer Service Representative in Charlotte NC.

What is the Job?

This is a pivotal role as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. As a Customer Service Representative, you will provide service and support to internal and external customers. Answer and appropriately direct inbound customer service calls and emails regarding rental termination requests, equipment service requests, rental requests, billing inquiries, escalations, etc.



What do you Bring to the Job?

High School Diploma or GED

Bi-Lingual preferred

Strong verbal skills and ability to speak clearly and articulate

Data entry skills-40 wpm

Proficiency in Microsoft applications

Able to deal with a high volume of tasks, stressful, and sometimes unfamiliar situations

Excellent time management and efficiency skills

Excellent organizational skills with heavy attention to detail
