Job Description

Summary of Position: Customer Support Specialist ensures that all customer needs are promptly addressed by responding to customers' request, orders, questions, and concerns in a timely and accurate manner, while exercising the highest level of service and quality.

Duties & Responsibilities:

*Receive and process incoming orders.

*Serve customers by resolving product issues.

*Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information.

*Resolve problems by clarifying the customer's complaint, determining the cause of the problem, selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem, expediting correction or adjustment, and following up to ensure resolution.

*Prepare reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.

*Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

*Check Accuracy of BOM adds, pricing, reports etc.

*Expand knowledge of JDE reporting

*Increase assistance with customer service by running reports and troubleshooting

*Utilize Master Templates to uploading data in more timely manner

*Retail Document Support

*Assist with Retail reports and required (including but not limited to)

o Open order vs inventory

o Fill Rate reports

o RGA's as required

o Updates to Master Files as required

o Notifications of Obsolete Product

*Stock Lifts, Document Control, Catalog Questions

*Analyze customer inventory

*Understand and appreciate customer deadlines

*Assist Sales Department with reports, merge, line reviews

*Assist with Price Changes as required

Skills Required:

*Proficient at Excel, Outlook, Teams

*Familiar with JD Edwards / AS400

*Familiar with Power BI or other data visualization tools
