We are working with a large financial institution located just west of Phoenix Sky Harbor Airport and are actively seeking Data Entry Clerks to fill multiple entry-level positions in a clerical environment.

Positions Available
First Shift: 6am-4:30pm -$15.00/hr
Night shift: 6pm-4:30am - $17.25/hr
This is not a work from home position, so you must be comfortable going to the work site.
Responsibilities Include:
* As a Data Entry Clerk, you will be responsible for accurately keying information from physical documents, as well as opening, sorting & organizing mail and verifying contents.
* Attention to detail is also required to ensure accuracy as you prepare documents for processing and scanning.
* You will need to be comfortable escalating errors that you see to a supervisor.
* Organization skills will also help while you organize documents to be stored.
Qualifications of a Successful Candidate Include:
* 6 months to 1+ years of work experience in a production-oriented environment.
* Type 9500 KPH, with 99% accuracy
* Ability to follow processes and procedures while maintaining high attention to detail.
* Flexible, punctual, and adaptable are all extremely important traits.
* Effective organizational and communication skills.
* Solid PC skills required.
* Must be willing to submit to criminal background and credit check and fingerprints.
* Applicants must be able to present a valid photo ID & either a clean, un-tattered Birth Certificate or US Passport for background purposes.
* Due to the sensitive nature of the documents you will be working with, candidates must have 7+ years of US residency.
