Manpower is currently hiring Call Center Representatives for positions in Cedar Falls, IA! These Direct Hire positions offer a great work environment plus commissions and benefits!

As a Call Center Representative you will be responsible for assisting consumers to resolve their accounts in a manner that is ethical, legal, professional, timely, and transparent. To succeed, you should enjoy a fast-paced, dynamic, customer service and deadline-oriented environment.

· $14.00/hr + performance-based, uncapped commission plan!

· Commissions can pay anywhere from $300 to $600 a month if you meet your individual and department goals!

· Work Schedule: 4 days with shifts between 7am - 5pm; 1 day 11am-8pm - one Saturday a month

· Ongoing training & support! 7 weeks of paid training, no call center experience necessary!

What you bring to the job:

o At least 18 years of age

o High School Diploma or GED

o 9+ months of work history (customer service experience preferred)

o Computer and typing skills required

o Excellent attendance

o Self-starter with great attention to detail

o Customer service mindset

o Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills

o Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously

o Strong work ethic

o A competitive spirit, an unrelenting drive to be the best

o Ability to learn new information and integrate processes

o Achieve schedule adherence and compliance expectations

o Meet productivity and call quality standards as set by the company

o Problem solving skills & ability to recommend solutions
