Job Description

Our client is seeking a high performing Project Manager responsible for overall facilitation of project/program requirements capture, risk identification, mitigation planning, and structure of project/program plan to optimize resource utilization, and the realization of business results. Responsible for ensuring deliverables with direct line of accountability for timely execution against project objectives, risks, deliverables, timing, and financials. Responsible for managing project team, tasks, and execution against the Project Realization Process, effectively communicating plans and effectively influencing to facilitate associate engagement as well as on-going improvement of the PMO processes which govern project/program management within the organization.


1. Leads the planning and implementation of projects by developing full-scale project plans, timelines, and tasks and resource requirements.

2. Leads, organizes, documents, and attends/participates in project meetings, assists with determination of project requirements, and acts as the point of contact for various departments.

3. Coordinates large cross-functional projects and accountable for delivering a quality project on time and at the cost target.

4. Ensures that projects are conducted in compliance with appropriate regulations and internal Project Realization Process.

5. Supports project planning: project charters, project plans, resource time estimates and allocation and defines roles & responsibilities of stakeholders in each project.

6. Provides hands-on project management -- managing project timeline and scope to ensure project deliverables stay on-time, on-target and on-budget.

7. Tracks forecasted and actual timeline, maintains project status dashboard, identifies risks, issues, and dependencies, and determines mitigation strategy; communicates and aligns with leadership on progress and any changes.

8. Facilitates and supports other project managers and assist them in identifying root causes of problems and solutions.

9. Provides direction and support to project team, interfaces with deliverable owners to verify completion dates, countermeasures, and validates impact.

10. Escalates issues appropriately as required during execution; evaluate and assess results on completion.
