Executive assistant job in Markham

1 year contract to start with!

Pay: $20.80/hour



Job description:



Performs complete, complex support assistant duties with limited direction. Requires a working knowledge of overall business procedures and processes, sound business judgment and complete proficiency in the operation of automated office systems. Provides assistance, guidance and training to other Suppliers' support assistants. Must demonstrate professionalism, organization/time management, problem solving, ability to work in a team environment and is responsible for Client relations/Client satisfaction. Responsibilities include but are not limited to: · Telephone etiquette (take, record, retrieve and relay accurate telephone messages. · Manage Client's calendars with minimal direction from Client. . Scheduling meetings for Client · Process routine correspondence and uncomplicated forms/reports. · Create, revise, send, store and retrieve documents electronically. · Scanning, copying, mail management · Originate and verify data in reports and reconcile errors. · Maintain in-depth awareness and sensitivity of activity within Clients' scope of operation and its business impact. · Make travel arrangements via online travel system CONCUR . Prepare expenses for Client via online system CONCUR · Provide backup coverage to other support assistant's desks. · Assume additional responsibilities as assigned.



Desired Skills Administrative skills, MS Office Outlook experience (calendar management/scheduling meetings), travel arrangements, expenses. The candidate must have experience in but Meeting scheduling / Calendar Management. .



Work History Previous Executive Admin experience in an office - where they actually performed the tasks of providing administrative support to high level clients.
