Job Description

Manpower is currently sourcing for a Facilities Maintenance Technician with a minimum of 2 yrs experience in building maintenance. Our client in the Palm Desert area is immediate start if candidate qualifies.



Key Job Responsibilities:

* Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed

* Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities

* Clean windows and glass doors

* Change of all filters for HVAC as required

* Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed

* Maintain exterior property, including trash removal

* Assist with all installs/removals

* Oversee daily trash removal, cleaning exterior entryway, and graffiti removal

* Performs other work related duties as assigned

* Must be able to work flexible hours



Work Experience Requirements:

* 1-2 years of working experience in facilities maintenance

* Basic understanding of plumbing, and carpentry

* Ability to work with minimal supervision

* Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills; customer

service oriented

* Must be organized, detail oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task

Physical Requirements

* Ability to push/lift 75 pounds

* Bending at waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as job may

require

* Ability to work in extreme temperatures (hot or cold)

* Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints



Job Requirements:

Per Client Requirements all candidates must pass Background & Drug Test (No felonies in the last 7 years)
