Job Description

What is the Job?



. Manages the day to day operations of planning activities including resource, time and cost management

.Provide guidance to the ITS IT community on key financial and planning processes and tool

.Partner with relevant stakeholder to meet recovery and NIE target

.Contribute to adoption of planning/financial best practice and standards

. Responsible for implementing the schedule, and reporting on forecasts and risks associated with initiatives

. This position will assist in the development of strategies, implement short-term goals of the organization, and lead, manage and report on a number of planning and financial initiative. The typical scope would likely involve several mid scale initiatives and a component of run the bank activities

. Gives inputs on creation and tracking of project success measures (metrics)

. Displays collaborative team work and innovation



What Do You Bring to the Job?

. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, related financial discipline, or equivalent education/experience (Required)

- PMP certification, and/or CA/CPA/CMA/MBA/CFA (Preferred)

- 3-5 years project management experience or financial controlling experience

Skills and Competencies:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills (Required)

- Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and change management (Required)

- Ability to develop project plans, manage individual deadlines and goals (Required)

- Knowledge of economic and accounting principles, cost control, and reporting of financial data (Required)

- Advanced user proficiency with computer applications, such as Microsoft Office Suite, MS Project and any other related financial software (Required)
