Job Description
Manpower is seeking administrative candidates who are bringing a high level of communication skills with strong invoicing experience to join a company that has been thriving in York for 70 years. This new opening is in York, PA. Immediate Virtual or In-person Interviews with resume submittal.
6-12month - Long Term
$35k to $50k annually
$17 - $27/hour Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
What will you bring?
* Very good communication and writing skills
* Microsoft office, strong aptitude in MS Excel
* Minimum of associate degree in accounting or business
* Minimum 2 years of related accounting experience
What will you do?
* Maintain sales tax tables
* Review and approve ship-to records
* Review and approve all new customers
* Handle requests for increase in customer credit limits
* Code Freight invoices
* Support product groups trade shows with jobs and indent processing
* Review and post Sales and Service Invoices
* Enter sales invoices into customers online systems
* Handle sales reps commissions corrections
* Backup for facility executive assistant
* Any other assigned duties in support of finance department
