Our client in Morristown, NJ is seeking a Fleet Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have great communication skills, ability to work under pressure and great computer skills which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Fleet Administrator
Location: Morristown, NJ
Pay Range: $25-$30
What’s the Job?
- Assist in the administration and coordination of the organization’s fleet of motor vehicles
- Maintain accurate records of all company vehicles, administer vehicle fleet maintenance and fuel card program
- Work in close collaboration with management, oversee fleet vehicle planning and execution
- Coordinate the timely delivery of new fleet vehicles and removal of turn-in vehicles
- Maintain accurate vehicle driver records through a 3rdparty system, obtaining required information from drivers
What’s Needed?
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
- Ability to use computer and Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Ability to multitask, prioritize and manage time effectively
- Experience in fleet management
- Data Entry Skills
