Job Description

French/ English - Client Services Representative/ Dealer Relations Associate -Bilingual



*Time: 8:30 - 5:00pm

*Work from home

*Would be required to use own laptop computer

*5 month contract



Day in the life:



Reviewing incoming emails to inbox and responding/managing workload out of box. All other projects as assigned



Position Purpose:



* To ensure the smooth concise operation between Investor & Treasury Services clients and the Broker / Dealer and Intermediary community

* To ensure support is provides to Broker Dealer community

* Assist in the communication of any new product launch.

* Manage and Act as the primary contact for non-strategic external Brokers, Dealers or Intermediaries

* The most significant component of this role is to build a strong and effective relationship with the dealer community.



Daily Responsibilities:



Reviewing incoming emails to inbox and responding/managing workload out of box. All other projects as assigned



Primary Responsibilities:



* Raise awareness amongst Dealers to Investor & Treasury Services presence in the marketplace.

* To develop and maintain relationships to ensure consistent quality of service delivery for our key strategic partners.

* Review and monitor a Broker / Dealer Service Level Agreement.

* Distribution of Fund Fact Sheet

* Maintenance and review of Dealer and Intermediary Agreements.

* Communication and monitor and disseminate information using FundSERV's semaphore automatic mailing service.

* Respond to ESG file issues that are encountered across all management companies for assigned dealers.

* Provide Asset under management reporting

* Review daily new sales person reporting and ensure that information is entered into the System within the SLA.

* Review Dealer Services inbox.

* Maintain a dealer/rep database.

* Communicate and any issues encountered to the Dealer Relations Manager or the senior manager of the department.

* Provide any reporting as required



Knowledge & Experience:



Must-have

* 3+ years related experience

* Mutual Fund Back Office or Dealer Back office Operational experience

* Strong, effective organizational and prioritization skills

* Strong knowledge of Investment fund Industry and FundSERV distribution network

* Bilingual in English and French



Additional capabilities and skills:



* Completion of the IFIC Operations of Mutual Funds course

* Segregated Funds knowledge

* Previous Customer/Dealer service experience

* Minimum 3 years financial industry experience required
