Our client, Hearthside Foods is seeking a general laborer to join their team. As a general labor worker, you will be part of the warehouse supporting general labor. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, ability to work in a team environment and be on time/punctual which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: General Labor

Location: MN, Lakeville , 21850 Grenada Ave

Pay Range: 1st shift: $15.75
                     2nd shift: $16.50
                     3rd shift: $17.00
 

What’s the Job?

Max of 5

• Inspect product for quality and any signs of foreign material contamination. 
• Supply production lines as needed. 
• Responsible for correct placement of product on line or in containers, boxes, or pallets. 
• Maintains works area in a clean and organized manner.
• Performs all other duties as assigned. 

What’s Needed?

Max of 5

• Must be knowledgeable in GMPs or the willingness to learn. 
• Sufficient math skills. 
• Must have the ability to understand and follow all safety policies and procedures 
• Ability to read and write in English preferred. 
• Must be able to work necessary overtime based on staffing needs and customer demand, as well as across shifts.
