* Competitive Pay rate: $29/hr. - $32/hr. DOE
* Work Schedule: Monday - Friday: 7AM - 4PM
* 6 - month assignment with possible extension
What you will be doing: Responsible for providing support in a full range of HR functional areas including employee relations, HR systems, benefits administration, policy administration, recruiting, leave of absence program, federal and state compliance, on-boarding, employee communications and implementing and providing support with HR projects and initiatives
Skills we are looking for:
* Minimum of 5-8 years related experience as Human Resources Generalist in a fast- paced manufacturing.
* Highly effective, articulate communication skills (verbal & written) with strong interpersonal effectiveness and the ability to work with all levels in the organization and across cultures
* Strong professional presence and high ethical standards of conduct; ability to handle confidential information with great sensitivity
* Proficient in the use of HRIS, Time & Attendance/Payroll System, ATS, LMS (Success Factors, ADP Workforce and eTime, preferred)
* Bilingual English and Spanish required.
* Demonstrate expertise managing COVID-19 procedures
* Strongly preferred candidates who lives in San Fernando valley
