Recruiting for HR Professional for one of the leading companies in Energy Sector.

What is the job?

* Support the Talent Rewards Manager with the design and implementation of benefits for the organization

* Perform operational and administrative tasks associated with the administration of benefits and pension plans.

* Conduct process review and recommend/implement improvements to streamline and gain efficiency.

* Create documentation library for all Benefits & Pensions processes, timelines, inventories, and participation trackers.

* Extract reports and conduct analyses in support of benefits & pension plan administration.

* Prepare materials for board presentations and leadership team sessions.

* Draft communications for HR, management, and employees regarding compensation & benefit programs, leveraging email and internal social media platforms (Yammer).

* Responding to HR inquiries regarding pension and benefits.

* Assist Talent Rewards Manager with project management, through effective organization, documentation, tracking progress, managing deadlines and prioritization of tasks.



What do you bring to the job?

* Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.

* 3-5 years benefit & pensions administration experience.

* A current knowledge of Canada laws and regulations that impact HR, Pension, & Benefits

* Proficiency in all Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

* The ability to work as part of a virtual team, but effective in self-directed activity.

* Comfortable working in a flexible working model, in-office and via online connectivity *Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

* Excellent administrative and organizational skills.

* Effective communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail.

* Fluent English proficiency required; Advanced proficiency of Canadian French is a plus.
