* Salary starting at $50K and up depending on experience

Responsibilities



* Recruit, interview and select candidates for open positions by sourcing from various creative sources (social media, job fairs, networking, job boards, schools etc.)

* Coordinates interview processes for hiring managers.

* Maintains positive and timely contact with candidates

* Creates and maintains recruitment content for social media, websites, radio, TV and other sources.

* Assists in seasonal hiring needs and completes required documentation

* Coordinates pre-employment screening processes and ensures all documentation is complete.

* Conducts new hire employee orientation to welcome new employees to our company and culture.

* Assists with benefits administration and serves as resource for employee questions

* Provides support to management in interviewing, hiring, terminations, promotions, performance reviews, safety and employee relations issues.

* Works with leadership team in appropriate resolution of employee relations matters.

* Promotes wellness, community involvement and other programs to help promote a strong employee culture.

* Maintains strong network in community to promote employer brand

* Maintains HRIS system for employee record keeping



What You Bring



* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications or closely related field

* At least one year in an HR role

* SHRM-CP or PHR Certification preferred

* Flexibility to support a 24/7 work environment where needed

* Excellent communication, relationship building, and collaboration skills

* Strong computer skills and experience in HR programs

* Understanding of the core HR practices and applicable laws
