Our client, Electronics is seeking an Inventory Control Associate Level 3 to join their team. As an Inventory Control Associate Level 3, the ideal candidate will have Microsoft Excel, expert in inventory software systems and Oracle or ERP systems experience which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Inventory Control Associate level 3
Location: Phoenix
Pay Range: $22.00 hourly
Schedule: 7:00am-3:30pm (Monday-Friday)
What’s the Job?
- Provides solutions on procedures and issues regarding inventory control, ensures legal compliance to requirements, and interacts with internal/external customer.
- Independently identifies root causes and resolves issues pertaining to financial impact to Logistics and Value-Add facilities.
- Gives direction and provides solutions regarding inventory discrepancies and reports.
- Creates written procedures and policies to comply with internal and external customer requirements pertaining to processes.
- Acts as a consultant to project leaders to implement new or transferred business as an expert in inventory software systems and compliance knowledge.
What’s Needed?
- The candidate should be proficient with Microsoft Office tools, Excel in particular.
- Experience with inventory control Ability to identify a problem and provide solutions.
- Experience interacting with both internal and external customers. Is able to complete work with a limited degree of supervision
- Experience with Oracle or other ERP systems is a plus.
