What' s the job?
* Operates Pre-Finish machine; extensive knowledge of machine and sanders
* Performs setup on the pre-finish machine
* Manually adjusts machines on the line; sanders, topcoaters, coasters, UV washcoat, staincoaters, paint coders, printer and ovens
* Run color and coverage checks; make adjustments when necessary
* Performs color/stain replenishment and changeovers
* Track accurate paint usage for state reporting
What do you bring to the job?
* Previous experience in production (at least one year)
* Self-motivate to get to work and achieve goals
* Portray a professional demeanor at all times
* Must be flexible with work schedule
* High school diploma or equivalent (such as a GED)
* Must pass a Background Check & Drug Screen
