Job Description
Lead Maintenance Planner - Yamhill County, OR - Some relocation assistance is offered - Targeting $75,000 - $85,000/yr.
My preference is for someone that has experience in a steel mill with solid exposure to outage planning.

Responsibilities:
* Manage Maintenance Work Order backlog in CMMS (Oracle)
* Manage Maintenance costs and budgets
* Coordinate routine outage planning
* Monitor on-time completion of Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive (PdM) work orders focusing on critical and regulatory inspections
* Collaborate with reliability and routine team on the RCA action plan to ensure effectiveness
* Monitor and report Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to support the reliability department
* Must effectively address questions related to projects and engineering documentation
* Must possess strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
* Audits planned work to ensure safe operations are incorporated and standardized into maintenance work plans
* Generate, display, and communicate work plans
* Oversees short and medium-range plan development and develops maintenance schedule to ensure effective application of maintenance resources while addressing Operational needs
* Plan and Schedule planned maintenance work and CAPEX Projects using a formal, systematic, and analytical approach (resources, tools, material, kitting, parts identification)
* Update CMMS (Oracle) for new equipment and equipment changes including job plans, equipment listings, and spare parts bill of materials - BOM
* Requires thorough knowledge and skill in the use of equipment, technologies, terminology, and practices related to drafting and computer-aided design
* Thorough knowledge of mechanical practices and principles, particularly as they relate to CSRM
* Ability to operate the tools, equipment, hardware, and software necessary to perform the duties of this position (working knowledge of and ability to effectively use a PC, AutoCAD, Oracle eAM or other CMMS programs, wide-format color plotter and scanner/copier, MS Office and various other computer applications and/or equipment)
Qualifications:
* 2+ years of professional planning, understanding of architectural/mechanical drawings, or related experience, preferably in a Steel Mill or heavy industrial environment is preferred
* Bachelor's Degree in planning, architectural design, and/or drafting technology, including coursework in computer-aided design or equivalent experience is preferred
