What is the job?

Member Service Representatives are responsible for providing excellent customer service to current and prospective Members.

* Answering inbound calls in a fast-paced, customer service call center

* Work in multiple computer applications, simultaneously, to research, troubleshoot, and resolve Member questions or concerns

* Recommending additional services to meet Member's current and future needs

* Performing financial transactions

What is the schedule?

* Member Service Representatives typically work 40 hours a week

* Schedules are posted 4 weeks in advance

* Hours vary between 8:30am and 7pm, Monday through Friday.

* Working until 7pm is only required one night a week

* Saturday hours are 8:30am-2pm

* An average of two Saturdays a month are required and selected by team members

What do you bring to the job?

* High School diploma or GED

* Strong and effective written and verbal communication

* High level of comfort with phone communication

* Experience in a fast-paced work environment

* Ability to simultaneously work within multiple computer systems

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office products

* Ability to de-escalate upset callers to resolve their need

* Previous experience working in a support call center or financial institution is preferred but not required
