What you need to know

* Temporary / Contract, Full time hours

* $20.00 per hour to start

* NES Call Center is open M-F from 6a to 10p and SA from 7a - 5 p. All candidates must be flexible to work any schedule during these hours (4-10 hr. days or 5-8 hr. days) Saturday may be included in your schedule. Candidate training is 8a-5p M-F for 6 weeks.

What is the Position?

* NES Service Advisors answer inbound calls to support their customers

* Assist in the collection of information to process customer requests and inquiries such as application for residential and commercial accounts and credit arrangements

* Advise customer of consumer services and billing programs, financial assistance, pay options, energy saving techniques and other company programs

* Assist in making adjustments to accounts within policy guidelines to resolve customer complaints or problems

* Enter, retrieve, and utilize data from computer terminals, personal computers and other sources as necessary



What you bring to the job?

* Minimum 6 months of call center/contact center experience

* A "can do" attitude with a desire to learn and grow

* Microsoft Office proficiency

* Ability to offer empathy and understanding with clients and provide solutions
