National Talent Acquisition Team Lead

Salary: $75,000 - $80,000 per year + 3 weeks' vacation + benefits

What are the role responsibilities?

- Provide mentorship to a team of Talent Acquisition Team Leads through setting guidelines and expectations for the company's recruiting activities.

- Organizing and distributing responsibilities to ensure that the workloads for all Talent Acquisition Specialists are manageable.

- Coaching and providing guidance to the Talent Acquisition team to develop their recruitment techniques.

- Focus on high priority recruitment requisitions to support our stakeholders.

- Use hiring platforms that will increase the applicant pool.

- Provide the Talent Acquisition Manager with timely updates on selection activities and the Talent Acquisition team's performance.

- Liaise with Hiring Managers and Talent Acquisition Specialists about staffing policies, procedures, and regulations.

- Reviewing job requisitions to confirm the accuracy of all information.

- Screening resumes, shortlisting candidates and interviewing applicants to determine their suitability for open positions.

- Informing candidates of accurate information regarding job duties, terms and conditions of employment, benefits, salary and the corporate environment.

- Advising hiring managers on required qualifications and providing compensation suggestion for new positions.

What do you bring to the position?

-At least 5 years of related experience in talent acquisition and full cycle recruiting (some agency experience is preferred).

-Advanced knowledge of recruitment, employee development, performance management, compensation, policy development and implementation.

-Expert knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruiting and social media platforms

- Advanced oral and written communication skills, including presentation and group facilitation.

- Ability to support our hiring managers by filling high priority recruitment projects.

- High standards of behavior, a professional attitude and commitment to quality service.

- Aptitude for providing leadership, direction, coaching, and support

- Proven ability to develop and align strategy in support of business initiatives and growth

- Excellent organizational and project management skills

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make ideal decisions under pressure.

- A Team Player with a positive attitude.
