Job Description

Manpower is currently looking for an experienced ADMINISTRATIVE PROFESSIONAL with knowledge of various office management systems and procedures for a direct hire opportunity.

What will you be doing?

* Tracking and assisting with sales and commission information

* Assisting with tracking and scheduling training activities and records

* Prepare department executive report summaries

* Create slides and presentations for meetings



What are the experiences and qualifications that you bring to the role?

* Proven experience as an administrative assistant, virtual assistant, or office administrative assistant

* Proficiency in MS office

* Excellent oral and written communication skills

* Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail

* Exceptional time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
