Job Description

Operations Specialist in Bangor, Maine



Pay: $18-$20 per hour, depending on experience

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p

Assignment Length: Temporary 6-9 months

Duties:

* Researching, preparing, and sharing professional development opportunities

* Scheduling and preparing trainings and meetings

* Creating and managing google forms for various purposes

* Working with communications administrator to prepare marketing



Requirements:

* High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates Degree preferred

* Excellent written, verbal, and listening skills

* Self-motivated, detail oriented, and excellent follow-through

* Experience in coordination of events in person and online

* Great customer service skills

* Working knowledge of the Google Suite and MS Office products
