Job Description

Primarily responsible for operational and service transactions associated with Return and Refurbished Product and Material quality. Responsibilities also include quality analytics of production metrics, quality metrics and supplier performance. The candidate will work closely with Sales Operations, Quality, Manufacturing, Purchasing, Field Operations and Finance.

1. Own Returned Material Authorization (RMA) administration, tracking, reporting and data integrity

2. Develop and maintain RMA processes, reports and dashboards to help drive leadership decisions, manage RMA flow, and provide ad hoc reporting as needed

3. Support Inventory and field Stocking Level replenishment

4. Attend weekly meetings with Manufacturing and Operations on RMA inventory levels and shortages

5. Act as a liaison with Manufacturing, Purchasing, and Field Sites to minimize RMA delays and prioritize available RMA inventory to orders

6. Provide updates to international partners on RMA status and directives

7. Recommend Minimum Stocking Levels for repair parts and refurbished units and develop a system in the ERP system

8. Establish Warranty Tracking System



1. HS Diploma

2. Any college or accounting or software programming certification preferred

3. Knowledge of ERP systems; e.g. transactions, report writing, inquiries (Expandable preferred)

4. Experience with Excel; e.g. programming, pivot tables, filters, v-lookups preferred

5. Past work experience with Field Sales and international inventory locations preferred

6. Semiconductor industry knowledge a plus

7. Knowledge of Manufacturing/Production systems a plus

8. Experience in Change Control and Change Control Management a plus

9. He/she will need basic understanding of cost analysis/reporting

The employee is required to work on a PC computer at a desk most of the time, with some time spent standing in a storage environment physically sorting through units as needed. Ability to lift 20 lbs.
