Contact Services Job Description Outbound Call Center Agent (Remote)
Reports to: Call Center Manager
Pay: $12 hr (after 80 hours worked)
Must have own Equipment (Windows 10)
Must have a Wired Headset
Agents must work a minimum of 25-40 hours weekly
Job Summary: as an Outbound Call Center Agent for our client, your primary duty will be to place outbound political calls for our clients, placing a variety of call types, including, but not limited to -
voter engagement calls
fundraising calls
persuasion calls
voter Identification calls
outbound calls
- to the best of your ability. Agents will represent themselves and the company in a friendly, professional manner.
Primary Responsibilities and Duties:
Provide effective and complete service for our client.
Learn to effectively operate Contact Services scripting and computer systems
Adhere to our client call and quality guidelines
Meet and exceed project goals on a regular basis
Other tasks, duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Policies and Procedures:
Understand and follow our client's general policies and procedures.
Report any observed violations of policies or procedures in an appropriate and timely manner.
