Job Description
Production Associates Needed Immediate temp to hire opportunities to join a growing Sheboygan manufacturing company. If you are looking for an entry-level position with room to grow, then this is the job for you! Will assist with general manufacturing duties: loading and unloading product, inspecting products to ensure quality, counting and packaging products, labeling, and a wide range of other duties to help ensure smooth operations.

What is the job?
" Loading and unloading product
" Inspecting products to ensure quality
" Counting, packaging, and labeling products for shipment
" Perform general housekeeping to maintain a clean and safe working environment
What do you bring to the job?
" Good attendance record and work ethic
" 6 months of previous manufacturing experience is helpful but not required
" Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. and occasionally use up to 50 lbs. of force to move product
" Ability to work 8+ hour shift standing, bending, and reaching throughout the shift
" Ability to work in noisy, hot environment
" Must have attention to detail and ability to perform quality check on parts
