2nd and 3rd shift Production Supervisor Roles
Manpower is seeking qualified professionals for two separate positions - a 2nd shift Production Supervisor located in Harrisburg, NC and a 3rd shift Production Supervisor located in Concord, NC. Both are full time and direct hire.
- Responsibilities are to oversee production team and ensure safety, quality, and on-time delivery is met
- Coach, mentor, and motivate teams
- Partner with other departments for quality, safety, conformance, and reporting
- Assist with continuous improvement projects
- A background in chemical manufacturing is strongly encouraged for the role in Harrisburg
