Growing national engineering company is looking for a talented Project Coordinator or Jr Project Manager with construction project experience to join their team. This position is full time onsite in the North Phoenix area on an international project and the client is ideally looking for a Project Coordinator looking to be trained into a PM role in the future. Position comes with full benefits.
Responsibilities:
* Coordinating implementation projects onsite at the client site
* Scheduling jobs, equipment, materials and services purchases
* Working with project managers on RFI's, bids and requests
* Attending meetings, preparing PO's, coordinating deliveries, badging, documentation, etc.
Qualifications:
* HS/GED
* Experience working on project coordination for construction projects
* Experience coordinating the purchasing of materials, equipment and services for a project
* Experience preparing, maintaining and tracking purchase orders, RFI's, bids, submittals, quotations, etc.
* Experience attending internal and scope meetings and taking notes
* Strong expertise with MS Office including Word and Excel
