What's in it for you?

Full time hours with daily OT

* Monday - Friday 7:30am-4:00pm

* Weekly pay (Every Friday).

* Competitive pay of $18.00 per hour



What you'll be doing:



* Conduct daily pre-shipment review and manage SAP releases.

* Check specifications and print recipes in Agile.

* Provide guidance to the other QA technicians and interns.

* Daily collection and testing of product samples in process & finished to evaluate quality and food safety.

* Ensure lab equipment calibrations are up to date.

* Enforce procedures, policies & controls to assure all products are prepared according to USDA, FDA and Seafood standards.

* Conduct and manage water testing.

* Assist management in compiling & preparing documents for audits.

* QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) as defined and signed by System and Operational Standards Accountability List.

* Maintain and update database entries needed to collect quality records.

* Learn and execute the SRM application (ordering system)

* Enforce hold and release procedures are followed and maintain program.

* Cover the QA Lab tasks as needed

* Conduct Performance Monitoring activities as scheduled.

* QRMP (Quality Risk Management Process) as defined and signed by System and Operational Standards Accountability List.



Who were looking for:



An understanding of HACCP and its programs.

Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, instructions, policies and procedures manuals.

Perform duties with minimum supervision and ability to work with other team members.

Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's)

Someone with great attendance and perfect punctuality.

Detail-oriented and organized with an ability to work independently.

Able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screen.
