Job Description

Our client,in West Des Moines is seeking a Quality Lead II to join their team. As a Quality Lead II, you will be working a short work week wtih 12 hour shifts. The ideal candidate will have previous Quality experience within a manufacturing environment.


Job Title: Quality Lead II

Location: Wes Des Moines

Pay Range: $17-$18 depending on shift

Shifts: Monday-Wednesday 7AM-7PM - $17 per hour
            Thursday-Saturday 7AM-7PM - $18 per hour

What’s the Job?

  • Testing equipment, product, inspecting materials, work in process, and final product.
  • Accurately record findings according to procedures
  • Evaluate rejects and product defects and make decisions regarding the status of the product.
  • Partner with Engineering Team

 What’s Needed?

  • 1-2 years of Quality experience
  • HS Diploma or equivalent
  • Able to pass a quality assessment
  • Mentor others
  • Occassionally lift and/or exert force from 25-75 lbs.
