Job Description

Our client, in the Public Transportation Industry is seeking a Contract Administrator to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelors Degree and 3-5 years experience in Contract Administration with Public Procurements which will align successfully in the organization.


Job Title: Senior Contract Administrator 

Location: Orange, CA

Pay Range: $43.34-$51.66


What’s the Job?

• Under general direction, assigned to a wide range of highly complex technology, construction, rolling stock, professional, architectural, or engineering projects.
• Administers all phases of procurement process for goods and services, including planning, budgeting, and procurement.
• Confers with Project Managers to determine vendor performance and determine and implement changes to contractual terms. 
• Resolves highly complex contract performance issues.


What’s Needed?

• Bachelors degree in Business or Public Administration and a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the Development of Administration Contracts, three of which at the Journey Level.
• Prior Public Procurement Experience
• Must be able to Pass Background and Drug Screenings
• Must be ok with 12-14 month Contract role.
