Service Centre Manager - $60k to $70k per year - Penticton, BC

Are you a skilled leader looking for your next great career move? Do you have related knowledge to the automotive glass industry? Are you a competitive, motivated and driven individual? Our client is seeking a full-time Service Centre Manager located in Penticton, BC.

What is the job?

* Responsible for overseeing operations at the entire service centre, this role is a customer-facing position that is vital to the profitability and leadership of the location.

* Be comfortable with changing the glass on vehicles and taking a "hands-on" approach to business.

* Be the face of the automotive glass service centre by ensuring all clients are met with care and quality.

* Add value to customer by identifying opportunities to boost revenue.

* Lead team to achieve targets and KPIs by managing team strategically, being on top of goals, and looking for support when necessary.

* Engage team members accordingly and ensure top morale is maintained for best results.

* Actively engage in upselling and ensure that service centre's profits are met and exceeded, when possible.

* Product/service knowledge, as well as related administrative duties are required.

What do you bring to the job?

* 3 years' prior experience in management or leadership position.

* Prior target-driven sales experience is an asset.

* Experience in customer service is required.

* Automotive experience is an asset, but not required. Willingness to learn the industry is required.

* Personable and people-centric, with a desire to help team members grow.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.

* A current and valid Class 5 driver's license is required.
