Manpower is currently seeking 1st and 2nd shift Sheet Metal Fabricator candidates for a Direct Hire role with a major Industrial Washroom Manufactuter in the Menomonee Falls area!

Duties include, but at not limited to:
- Operation of brake presses to bend, cut and manipulate materials into specified shapes
- Study and interpret blueprints or plans, taking careful measurements of materials
- Proficient understanding of department specific tools and measure equipment
- Basic understanding of required equipment setups
- Ability to work from Bill of Material or Print Shop paper
- Understand and engage in department metrics
- Scarp out waste materials as needed
- Help resolve production issues
Essential Skill and Experience:
- Fundamental knowledge of fabricating machine operations and shop practices
- At least 1 year of sheet metal experience. Vocational school certification is a plus
- Understanding of basic shop math and blueprint reading
- High school diploma or GED equivalent
