Our client is seeking a Shift Leader to join their team. As a Shift Leader, you will be part of the retail production team supporting the management team. The ideal candidate will have retail experience, excellent time management skills and the ability to work various hours which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Rate: $14.50
What's the Job:
- Assist with training, coaching and developing skills
- Assist with a broad range of store activities including store openings and closing procedures
- Maintain a consistent presence throughout store while engaging with team members and customers
- maintain a high level of pace and proficiency
What's Needed?
- 1 year of retail experience
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills when communicating with a diverse audience
