Job Description

Our client, a technology and software development company, in Ann Arbor is currently seeking a motivated and goal-driven individual to work as Social Media and Marketing Specialist!  If you are seeking an internship or are a recent graduate, this would be a perfect opportunity for you!  This is a long-term position, with the great opportunity to gain work-related experience in your field!

Location: Ann Arbor, MI (Miller Rd. area)

Compensation: $20/hr.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Support organization marketing initiatives.  
  • Work with the development team to produce marketing collateral, including brochures, email campaigns, and presentations.
  • Create and update content for our social media platforms, including LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
  • Assist in managing the calendar, ensuring timely and relevant postings.
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions for marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Support the marketing team in organizing events and webinars.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends and insights that can inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in analyzing the performance of social media campaigns.

Here’s What You Need To Apply:

  • Currently pursuing, or recently graduated with a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with a keen eye for design and branding.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms and content creation tools.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Providing an updated resume detailing specific skills related to the role.
