Senior Process Engineer | Direct Hire | White Bear Lake, MN | $110k-$135k + 10% Bonus
Senior Process Engineer- WBL location mainly, but could travel to Fridley every now and then. This team is more on the MFG/Operations side
Someone that is focused on the systems that they have that are needed to get projects going. Understanding the creation of the part numbers, work instructions, the training. Understand the processes well. Someone who understands what is needed to commercialize the product. Performing IQ OQ PQs. More of a desk engineer, not a hands on role.
This person would be doing the paperwork that goes along with equipment onboarding, line set up, capacity analysis.
Setting up how they do material builds and prototyping. Current need is projects that are just released to production and setting up the lines and systems for that.
QUALIFICATIONS:
BS or MS: Engineering realm
8+ years of experience
Don't need past medical device experience, open on industry
Someone who understands what is needed to commercialize the product.
