Our client, steel construction is seeking a technical sales manager to join their team. As a technical sales manager, you will be part of the business development team supporting overall growth in the New York market. The ideal candidate will have strong technical sales, ability to travel extensively and high drive and determination which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Technical Sales Manager
Location: New York
Pay Range: $110k - $140k BOE
What’s the Job?
- Develop and Executer of sales and strategies
- Develop strong relationships with key customers
- Identify leads, cold calling and network referrals
- Maintain detailed records in CRM tool
- Attend industry events with potential overnights and weekends
What’s Needed?
- Proven track record of sales in a technical role
- Proficiency with CRM tools
- Knowledge of sales tools and strategies
- Technical or Engineering background
- Flexibility with travel and schedule
