All other employees, (not assigned in airfreight facilities), are required to have a background check that consists of components listed below. A package has been set up for Kuehne + Nagel with Manpower's primary vendor, Sterling and Asurint If your office needs to be set-up with Asurint, contact [email protected] or Sterling: [email protected]

* A 7-year county criminal history background check, including felonies & misdemeanors.

* Search of Dept. of Commerce - (Bureau of Industry & Security's Denied Person's List or the Office of Foreign Assets Control - Special Designated Nationals & Blocked Persons List.

The following items that may be requested by K +N on a case-by-case basis:

* Credit history search

* Education verification

Should K + N decide to hire the temporary worker as a permanent K + N employee within 6 months from the employee's start date, Manpower agrees to furnish K + N with a copy of the pre-employment criminal background check results.

K + N has zero tolerance for convictions. All candidates sent for assignment at K + N must have a completely clear criminal background check.

A candidate with a felony conviction is automatically disqualified from consideration, (no matter how long ago the felony conviction occurred). If a candidate has a misdemeanor conviction, (regardless of how long ago the conviction occurred), please engage the NAM so that K + N Corporate can review the conviction.



Drug Screen: 5 Panel Oral Tox or urine drug screen is required prior to employee start date.

Required prior to employee start date. The drug screen must be completed no more than 6 months prior to the employee's start date.



The drug screen will test for the following drugs: Cocaine, Opiates, Marijuana, Phencyclidine (PCP) & Amphetamines.



Should K + N decide to hire the temporary worker as a permanent K + N employee within 6 months from the employee's start date, Manpower agrees to furnish K + N with a copy of the pre-employment drug test results.



If there is an accident at a K&N site, all associates involved in the accident will be required to go for a drug screen before they can return to work.
