Job Description

Our client, located in Muscatine, IA is seeking a Warehouse customer service representative to join their team.  The ideal candidate will have Warehouse and customer service experience, able to multi-task and proficient written and oral communication, which will align successfully in the organization.


Job Title: Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Location: Muscatine, Iowa

Pay Range: $19.00 an hour


What’s the Job?

  • Customer Service-working with customers regarding shipments
  • Working within the warehouse working with truck drivers and clients
  • Data Entry 
  • Written and oral communications
  • Attention to detail and accuracy


What’s Needed?

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work with different personality types
  • Excellent Communication and Computer skills
  • Professional and HIgh level of customer service
  • Excellent Organizational skills 
  • Able to work in an office and in a warehouse if needed
  • Telephone Skills
