    * Diagnosing/addressing weld quality issues and making the mechanical adjustments to improve the process and quality
    * Participate in New Model core teams as applicable
    * Ensure welding processes are performed according to approved Control Plans and QMS standards.
    * Participate in weld fit-up reviews.
    * Make decisions quickly using analytics and risk management methodologies.
    * Participate in drawing review meetings and Quality Committee meetings.

    What you bring:
    * PROOF of completion of university or college education in related field (out of country degrees must be qualifies via WES/University of Toronto)

    Lifting/pushing up to 50lbs or more. (Crane/pallet jacks used for heavier items)
    Disassembly, cleaning, and assembly of large engine components.
    Workshop housekeeping duties.
    At times, exposure to loud noises, and extended use of dust masks or respirators. (Basic PPE per OSHA regulation will be provided).

    The best candidate will have schedule flexibility (as it will require overtime depending on workload), a team player mentality and great work attendance.
