    Equipment Operator

    * Handle materials within the shop and outdoors as required

    * Perform work safely and follow established work procedures

    To be successful in this role, you will have:
    * Valid Class 5 Operator's License with a clean five-year abstract (obtained within 30 days)
    * Experience with operating equipment (including: Forklift, Loaders, Skid-Steers, and Floor Zamboni) is required
    * Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on a regular basis
    * Valid Alberta Forklift ticket is required.
    * OSSA Fire Watch certification is required
    * Previous experience working on Albian Sands site is considered a strong asset
    * Ability to work harmoniously and independently within a diverse workforce
    * Highly motivated, reliable, and punctual
    * Strong communication skills

    Pre-Employment Requirements:
    * Comprehensive Drug, Alcohol, and Audiometric pre-employment testing

    Seeking an individual to fill a Project Manager position in Fremont, California. Successful candidates will possess the following skills and experience:

    * Work with customer for scope, schedule, and cost.
    * Monitoring profit & loss control and analysis to include creating, updating and publishing of budget revisions, cash flow reports, ECC's, change orders, alternative cost, billing follow-up, change order follow-up, sub-contractor agreements and PO's.
    * Understand the scope of work and monitor to ensure there is no deviation from plan.
    * Create, update, and publish project schedule, including intra-division schedules.
    * Update, track, and provide feedback on planning spreadsheets -- Hauling, Equipment, Manpower, Site Logistics, Field/Plant productivity, Hoisting, Problem Tracking Log, PM Schedule Summary, LEED Reports, D&E, and Material sheets.
    * Create and publish submittals for samples, materials, welding procedures, IIPP/MSDS requirements, etc.
    * Manage and oversee Field/QA program.
    * Attend required GC and Sub-contractor meetings when appropriate.
    * Ensuring timely and accurate coordination of all external trades and intra-division material.
    * Coordinate and facilitating various meetings -- both internal and external.
    * Ability to read & interpret construction plans and specs.
    * Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
    * Able to handle a very fast paced working environment
    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    * Excellent client relationship skills
    * Excellent computer skills in Word, Excel, and MS Project
