    Training:

    The position will train on 1st shift with "classroom" training for about 20 days ON FIRST SHIFT (7:00 a.m. - 3:30 p.m.) and then will transition to the on-the-job temp assignments for about two more months on 2nd shift. *If performance and other factors of the temporary employee are satisfactory, the temp will be considered for full-time employment. After completion of training period temps will move to 2nd shift: 4:00 p.m. - 12:30 a.m. (Monday - Friday).
