    Our client is a worldwide leader in designing and supplying underground mining equipment. The equipment sophistication can range from simple electro-hydraulic machines all the way up to fully autonomous robotic controlled machines using the latest technology. We need creative and innovative designers with the knowledge and/or experience to tackle complex machine design problems using the latest technology that exists.

    Job Description:
    -Must have Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Technology or similar background.
    -Will be responsible for designing Electrical and Programming PLC Controls for Large / Heavy Equipment.
    -Allen Bradley or Siemens Controls experience is a preferred.
    -Experience troubleshooting mechanical and electrical issues.
    -Designing for custom Equipment - can be challenging,
    -Bring new thoughts, ideas and solutions.
    -Will be doing most of their work in the Huntington office; however, could have occasional travel to customer sites when the service technicians cannot figure out solutions and might need to see how the equipment is being used / operated to make design adjustments.
    -3-5 Years Fluid Power Experience is preferred.
    -Drafting Experience Required.
    -Uses "Solid Edge" software - experience is a plus, not required.

    Equipment & Facility Technician

    Job Description: Responsible for supporting all aspects of manufacturing operations. With direction from the Equipment and Facilities Supervisor, provide support for daily manufacturing maintenance operations and facilities activities. Actively participates in the preventive maintenance and calibration programs.
    Monitor and support manufacturing areas, perform daily equipment set-up, and make adjustments or repairs as required. Respond to employees' requests for facility's support. Maintain quality standards in and around manufacturing areas ensuring a safe work environment for all personnel and help to develop a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and collaboration.

    * Maintain CMMS database, work orders, and ensure all applicable equipment is within the maintenance/calibration intervals.
    * Perform Calibration/Maintenance
    o On ESD workstations.
    o On SMC filter stacks.
    o On Static Ionizer.
    * Perform preventative maintenance
    o On the HVAC systems which supports manufacturing and administrative areas.
    o On all manufacturing related equipment.
    o On the facility as required.
    * Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineer(s) to ensure all existing manufacturing equipment is in order, available, validated and ready to produce when needed as per production schedule.
    * Provide technical support on equipment/facilities for validation and development purposes.
    * Monitor the use and inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies, equipment, and initiate re-ordering when necessary
    * Respond to manufacturing and/or facilities emergencies, which may include afterhours and/or weekends
    * Maintain safety, quality, and GMP standards across all manufacturing areas.
    * Respond to daily facilities requests including but not limited to: moving filing cabinets, fixing squeaky or unleveled doors, touch up painting, seismic bracing, replacing light bulbs, setting up for company meetings, installing furniture, etc., as needed.
    * Perform responsibilities while complying with company Quality systems procedures.

    * High School Diploma (or equivalent) required, AS or higher college degree preferred.
    * 3-5 years maintenance/equipment experience, preferably 2-3 years working within a GMP and/or ISO 13485 environment.
    * 2-4 years' facility maintenance experience, preferably in an FDA regulated site.
    * Very strong aptitude for mechanical work
    * Proficient in the use of hand and power tools
    * Strong understanding of basic electronics, including electrical circuit fundamentals
    * Effective verbal and written communication skills, including written reporting on failure analysis.
    * Proficient in office PC applications, including Word and Excel.
    * Ability to lift 50-75 lbs
    * Excellent attention to detail, flexible, and adaptable to change.
    * Must be self-motivated, highly organized, and resourceful in solving manufacturing issues, requiring minimal direct management.
    * Well-developed team orientation with strong leadership, critical thinking, and problem solving/analytical skills, are required.
