La personne aura pour responsabilité d'assurer le traitement quotidien et faire le rapprochement des opérations des clients partout au Canada. La personne devra compléter le règlement des opérations sur fonds et des opérations au comptant des clients dans les délais prescrit par la banque et également s'assurer du respect des règlements pertinents lors du traitement des opérations afin d'en assurer l'exactitude et la cohérence.

    Nous recherchons des gens minutieux et capables de détecter des erreurs et d'en faire les corrections appropriées.

    * Analyser les résultats financiers mensuels, les écarts et les tendances en vérifiant l'intégrité des données et en analysant les anomalies pour évaluer le rendement commercial régional.
    * Soumettre et valider les dépenses mensuelles (par exemple, comptabilité d'exercice, écriture journalière, nouveaux actifs, rapports de maintenance et d'amortissement). Fournir au directeur et à la direction un rapport de synthèse, ainsi que des solutions recommandées qui ont été identifiées comme à améliorer (par exemple, une méthodologie pour éliminer les fuites de revenus et contrôler / réduire les coûts).
    * Fournir des conseils de haut dans la préparation des activités de planification financière en tenant compte des besoins de l'entreprise selon les lignes directrices établies et des délais (par exemple, les budgets annuels pour les dépenses, les revenus, les ETP, les volumes, les dépenses en immobilisations, etc.).
    * Gérer la rentabilité et les coûts associés aux produits régionaux pour la préparation de projets / programmes financiers nationaux (par exemple, la tarification nationale des produits, l'évaluation de la rentabilité des produits existants).
    * Superviser la conception et la préparation de rapports financiers spécialisés pour la gestion régionale, surveillant tous les changements de procédure (par exemple, rapport des dépenses de tiers, rapport de variance du projet).
