    High volume full life cycle recruiting is necessary to be successful in this position. Must be able to successfully work with a diverse array of management and communication styles to provide world class customer service. Must be able to efficiently manage multiple priorities and demonstrate good decision making skills in prioritization.

    Ability to manage projects with varying degree of complexity with minimal supervision. Collects information, develops recommendations, interacts with teams. Good organization skills, pays attention to detail.

    Special Requirements/ Certifications:

    Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, email). Strong communication skills. Works well in teams.

    Education:
    High School diploma or equivalent and 4+ years experience with 3+ years directly related to the job. College hours or a college degree may be substituted for some experience as deemed appropriate.

    Experience:
    Sales (cold calling) and marketing is a plus.
    Candidates MUST have recruiting experience, not just HR Generalist experience.
