    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    * Responsible for enhancement, support, and maintaining the architectural integrity of the QA process and the release process as the organization continues to grow.
    * Develop test requirements, test strategies, test scenarios and scripts.
    * Assess testing requirements and provide estimates of testing effort and resources
    * Use a risk management approach to develop test plans, cases, and scripts and prioritize test execution based on level of risk
    * Maintain and enforce testing methodology (planning, preparing, executing, evaluating)
    * Ensure quality and completeness of test deliverable

    * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

    DESIRED SKILLS:
