    * A high standard for Quality and an understanding of the types of defects that will affect film performance at the customer level.

    Job Requirements: Minimum Qualifications
    * High school diploma preferred.
    * Computer Literate preferred.
    * Mechanical related experience preferred.
    * Ability to use quality instruments.
    * Experience in Manufacturing environment and plastics preferred.
    * Must be able to monitor quality of machine output and be able to keep up with continuously running extrusion machines.
