Automation Technician II is expected to understand the operation, repair and maintenance of robotics, secondary automated operations and any support equipment assigned.
    Functions:
    Install new or existing automation equipment to a cell or standalone operation.
    Setup and change over automation in cells or standalone.
    Repair and troubleshooting - advanced knowledge of electrical and electronics for component level diagnostics of machine trouble areas. Complete understanding of multi-meter, electrical testing devices and thermal testing equipment. Ability to understand inputs, outputs, and PLC logic both sourcing and syncing. Basic understanding of vision systems.

     Strong Mechanical , Electronic and Electrical Skills
     Troubleshooting to root cause - mechanical, electrical and electronic
     Utilize power and shop tools along with a variety of equipment including but not limited to: hand-held, vertical and band saws, milling machines, lathes and assorted grinders. Have the ability to work with shears and breaks.
     Fabrication competency with Lexan

    * Drum Handling (with ergonomic equipment)

    * Charging of chemicals to process reactors and compliance to wear all required personal protective equipment requirements (including full face respirator, supplied air hoods, chemical gloves, etc)
    * Packout of batches from reactors into drums/totes.
    * Interact with Distributed Control System (Emerson DeltaV) to control automated process
    * Working with computers for training, emailing, etc
    * Labeling of raw materials and finished goods in accordance to all regulatory standards
    * Willingness to learn several lab methods for testing in-process samples
    * Works safely and evaluates risks before taking action
    * Communicates effectively

    Prior manufacturing experience is preferred. Candidate should be comfortable working within computer databases, be able to balance multiple job responsibilities, work safely and with good housekeeping. Troubleshooting experience is a plus.

    Candidate must be flexible with work schedule. Current shifts are 4-12:30 and 12-20:30, Monday - Friday.

    Nous sommes à la recherche d`un commis aux pièces pour notre client situé à Beloeil.

    Notre client est une compagnie Canadienne qui existe depuis plus de 30 ans au Québec.

    Taches de travail :

    - Comptoir : accueillir, renseigner et servir les clients, répondre au téléphone (80% du temps ), vérifier la disponibilité des pièces dans le système, commander les pièces

    - Entrepôt : emballer les pièces à expédier, placer le stock dans l'entrepôt

    Nous recherchons une personne bilingue qui a de bonnes connaissances en mécanique, pièce automobile et à l`aise avec l`outil informatique (Connaissance du logiciel Serti un Atout).
    Vous devez avoir un bon sens du service à la clientèle.

    Poste de jour sur le long terme, horaire de 8h00 à 17h00. Avantages sociaux lorsque engagé en permanent.

    Salaire a négocier entre 17 et 23$.
