    Manpower is currently recruiting on behalf of their Surrey based client for an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist!
    - Hourly pay rate is $17
    - 1 year contract
    - Paid parking or $50/month transit allowance

    - Full Time Position: 40 hours per week
    - Monday to Friday during regular office hours

    Required skills for this Administrative Assistant / Receptionist position:
    - Eligible to work in Canada with a Valid SIN (Work Permit if applicable)
    - 1-2 years related office experience in a high-performance culture.
    - Strong communication skills (both spoken and written English proficiency).
    - Innate ability to organize, prioritize, and multitask with a keen eye for details.
    - Experienced with Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc. and ideally Salesforce
    - Available for Full Time at 40 hours a week

    As an Administrative Assistant / Receptionist you will be responsible for:
    - Be the company ambassador for all incoming calls, as well as, welcoming visitors in a courteous and professional manner.
    - Provide superb administrative support by ensuring our internal and external customers' needs are met in a timely manner.
    - Processing daily mail and courier packages, filing, photocopying, bank deposits, travel arrangements, catering / meeting arrangements.
    - Assist with Accounts Payable including corporate credit card reporting and tracking receipts.
    - Assist with processing sales orders in Salesforce, sending invoices and liaising with customers.
    - Prepare paperwork and schedules for new hires and departing staff.
    - Manage parking passes, library books and subscriptions and the vacation / time-off system.
    - Assist with planning and organization of company-wide events e.g. Christmas parties.
    - Be the prime liaison with the Property Management Company and Security.

    Fast Holiday Money!! Manpower has the immediate need for a Switchboard Operator. Our client is conducting a fundraising event and needs additional help with the Switchboard and Phones for approximately 3 weeks. Must be able to start this Monday, 11/20 and the project is expected to run at least 3 weeks. Pay rate is $10.00 per hour and the hours are 8:00 am - 4:30 pm.
