    Manpower has a great opportunity for Call Centre Agents our client in Richmond Hill, a provider of eCommerce solutions to global retailers and brands.

    The Job:
    * Respond to inbound phone calls, up sell/cross sell additional items and resolve customer's issues
    * Take inbound calls for order placement
    * Respond to customer email inquiries
    * Up sell and cross sell additional items
    * Answer inquiries while maintaining and updating the customer database
    * Maintain a sense of urgency in responding to the customer needs
    * Be creative and go above and beyond when assisting our customers
    * Accurate and efficient order entry and maintenance of customer files
    * Ask probing questions and overcome objections

    What you bring:
    * At least one year of customer service experience
    * High School Diploma or equivalent
    * Pleasant and professional telephone etiquette
    * Take charge attitude. Enjoys the challenges that a customer service job can present
    * Flexible, open minded and solution oriented with the ability to adapt to the fast paced Internet environment
    * Analytical/problem solving skills
    * Excellent judgment and decision making skills
    * Strong verbal and written communications skills
    * Understand customer service processes and procedures
    * PC literate and basic typing skills (at least 40 wpm)
    * Adept at navigating web sites and multi-tasking
    * Flexiblity to work between 8AM - 12AM from Monday to Friday and 9AM - 9PM on the weekend
