    The Warehouse Specialist is responsible to ensure accurate packaging of outbound orders, efficient receipt of incoming merchandise and performing the corresponding clerical work in an effective manner. You will have overall responsibility of normal duties of the warehouse, including: Entering information in the ERP system, using Microsoft Word & Excel, pick, pack, and, ship orders, inspect incoming merchandise/goods/supplies, Lift, load/unload stock items, inventory counts, deliver incoming merchandise.
    Do you have:
    A High School diploma or GED, 1 year of shipping, receiving, stocking or warehouse experience, basic computer skills with some knowledge in MS Office programs, communication skills, basic math skills, strong attention to detail and accuracy, and excellent Customer Service skills?

    Summary: This position will be located in the Gainesville, FL. Office.
    Position will report to the Service Dispatch Manager in the Gainesville, FL office location.

    Essential Duties and Responsibilities

    * Serve as primary kiosk dispatch contact, responsible for coordinating contractual compliance efforts across internal teams and business units to ensure adequate resources are available for issue resolution.
    * Serve as the company's liaison with their assigned customers, assuring the customer receives superior customer experience.
    * Create and distribute reports identifying any issues the customer has communicated, and any item(s) the customer has identified as outstanding.
    * Independently identify and define problems, collect accurate and relevant data, establish factual basis of data, and identify possible solutions and recommendations to a wide array of projects and opportunities.
    * Support the communications, oversight, and management of all troubles dispatched with Technical Support (TS) using corporate standard processes and procedures.
    * Enforce Field Service policies and manage the processes being performed by all technicians supporting assigned customer facilities.


    * Related experience in customer facing management of products; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
    * Proven record providing and managing a superior customer service experience.
    * Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, adjust to changing priorities, and at times work under pressure.
    * Ability to work independently without direct daily supervision.
    * Ability to accurately read, analyze, interpret, and apply process and direction using general business concepts and methodologies.
    * Telephony and Networking knowledge and experience is desired.
    * Exceptional verbal and written communications skills in English is required, the ability to communicate in Spanish, both verbally and in written form, is desired.
    * Able to work in a secure office environment.
    * Familiarity with current technologies and pc operations.
    * Proficient in both Windows 7/8/10 operating software and Microsoft Office; ability to learn and become proficient in other software programs as required.
    * Ability to promote and communicate new ideas, products and services to assigned customer base and internal departments.
    * Ability to understand and audit processes and procedures to identify areas of improvement, velocity and efficiency.
    * Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record is required.
    * Dependable transportation for daily office commutes.
    * Pass security background check and other checks administered
